Ingredients:
3/4 cup cocoa
4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Instructions:
Mix in large mixing bowl, add milk and beat to desired spreading consistency; additional milk may be added if required. Enough frosting for a 9 inch layer cake or one 9 x 12 cake pan.
